Wednesday, March 9, 2022: Night number three. Sunday, March 13, 2022 Putting the head of the bed down all this week because that is the way I would like to be able to sleep. If it doesn’t work, I will go back to the elevated head and see how that does. Off to bed with a busy week ahead…and trying to adjust to the time change. (Hate it). Did not wake from Carpel Tunnel pain during the night. Slight discomfort in left hand Monday morning when I woke up. Could I be a believer? Let’s keep going.
